From Track 3 members
I joined to improve my balance and mobility after several falls — my confidence was gone. Now I’m walking without my walker around the house. I signed up for two days a week, then bumped it to three once I saw the improvement.
Track 3
I’m house-bound, and this gives me the chance to get out, get exercise, and spend time with other people. I really like this class.

That's our separate program for people with Parkinson's β a different class with a different start. There's no free trial, and a physician's clearance is required before your first class. You're always welcome to visit and watch.
