Why it works
Most fitness for older adults keeps things too light to create real change. We do the opposite — safely.
- Progressive resistance. We start where you are and steadily add challenge — that’s what builds lasting strength and independence.
- Everything scales. Four levels for every movement, from standing athletic versions to fully seated. You’re always working at the right level.
- Balance and fall-prevention are built into every class — we assess, modify in real time, and challenge you without unnecessary risk.
- Small groups, real coaching. You train with people at your level, with eyes on you the whole time.
Three tracks, so you train at your level
Each class runs at a single track, so everyone in the room is working at a similar level — you won’t be the odd one out. Not sure which is you? Start with a free fitness screening.
Independent
You move well on your own — floor transfers, balance, and endurance are all solid.
Book Track 1Steady
You’re active and capable, but stairs, floor transfers, or a long effort take more than they used to.
Book Track 2Adaptive
Movement takes more support right now — maybe Parkinson’s, a stroke, or a caregiver alongside you.
Book Track 3Our classes stay small on purpose — reserve your spot.
You’ll join the Soar Squad
Training in a small group with people at your level does something a solo program can’t: it makes you show up. Members cheer each other’s first floor get-up, first pull, first real round — and then they go for coffee. Membership works on reserved spots you pick each week, so your place is always held and classes stay small.
